Our client is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help expand their clientele. You will be at the forefront of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy within the fit out/construction industry.
Main responsibilities:
* Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
* Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
* Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities
* Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
* Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
* Attending conferences, meetings and industry events
* Developing quotes and proposals for clients
* Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring that they are met
* Training personnel and helping team members to develop their skills
Skills and Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales/marketing with track record;
* Strong communication skills and IT fluency;
* Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
* Marketing: 1 year (Required)
