Fawkes and Reece are working on behalf of an exciting and well-known developer synonymous with high-end and prestigious projects, they've asked us to assist them in their search for a new homes sales negotiator in South West London.

Our client is an award winning 5* housebuilder who is seeking an extra pair of hands on a flagship development in South West London. Due to internal promotions, there has become a need for an extra sales consultant on site to oversee this busy development.

With the development being multiphase, you will have job security for another 5 years. The client is offering a £28K + £55K OTE with 1 weekend off in 4.

Job role:

* Dealing with all inquiries via phone, email and customer walk-ins

* Calling through the existing database to showcase properties to vendors, investors, etc

* Conducting viewings either walk-in or by appointments

* Being able to explain the help to and explain the shared ownership scheme

* Organising the show home to a high standard every day

* Conducting market research
