To date the business has enjoyed success through its successful digital assets and ecommerce platform and is reinvesting its profits by recruiting 2 best in class Business Development Managers covering the North West. It is also making further considerable investments in ecommerce and technology

Purpose of the role:

The successful Business Development Managers will lead the new business development across two key vertical markets and will enjoy the benefits of success both in terms of earning potential and the opportunity to develop their career in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the full new business pipeline from lead generation, meeting, onboarding, account development and reporting.
Own and develop the sales model and vertical market strategy for your target clients.
Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships
Research accounts and generate consistent sales leads and new business opportunities
Attend meetings and pitches on a weekly basis
Maintain and develop the CRM accurately for KPI and account performance

Person Specification:

Commercially minded and target driven
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self motivated and driven
Ideally Degree educated or equivalent
Full driving License & access to a car
Excellent customer focus and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Strong desire, commitment and ability to work to targets and achieve KPI’s
A desire to contribute to constantly improving our service


Proven B2B Business Development experience
Track record of over-achieving against targets
Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Computer use competency
