My client is part of a successful group of companies, whom have a fantastic reputation for innovation, quality and service.

My client is one of the UK’s leader in their industry whom specialise within aluminium shopfronts, entrace facades, windows, doors, and security shutters and requires a resourceful consulatative salesman/business developer who can develop relationships with property porfolio managers like developers, architects, local authorities and project managers.

A full driving licence is required as the role involves reasonable travel across the United Kingdom and may involve overnight stays.

We are currently looking for a hungry business development manager:

The purpose of this exciting role is to:

? generate new business opportunities by raising the profile of the business - emphasis being primarily on external sales activity.

? maximise sales opportunities with the company’s existing client base - ensuring they continue to provide opportunities to quote.

To be considered for this permanent vacancy, candidates must have experience within:

? Experience in an external sales role within the same or similar industry

? Ability to build new and develop existing customer relationships

? Proven work experience as a sales representative

? A good level of numeracy with excellent computer skills, e.g. experience in MS Office

? Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

? Excellent communication skills

? A positive, confident and determined approach

? The capability to flourish in a competitive environment

? Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Ideally, we are looking for candidates whom have experience of working within aluminium curtain walling, windows and doors and selling window fabricators, installers etc.
