Position Overview

The Ecommerce Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Ecommerce Operations Associate. They will work to resolve day-to-day site issues, support new technology initiatives, and assist cross-functional partners with their site initiatives and implementation. They are also be responsible for promotion code setup and testing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- QA site to identify issues

- Resolve day-to-day site issues

- Raise tickets with appropriate vendor and ensure issue gets resolved in an appropriate period of time.

- If global internal issue, working with Ralph Lauren team to get issue resolved quickly.

- Promo code setup including AOS codes and manual creation of Custora codes

- Verify promo assets have been setup, launched, and tested

- Join meetings with third-party vendors on weekly basis to discuss issues and optimization opportunities

- Verify VGCs are up to date

- Employee shopping setup

- Implementing new site initiatives (i.e. Curalate)

- A/B testing support

- Ad hoc Omniture report pulling

- Student Discount promotion setup and execution

- Partner with cross functional partners to solve technical issues for systems they use

- i.e. Facebook feed, Apple Safari pixel update

- Google Search Console error resolution

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Skills and Requirements

* At least one year experience in Ecommerce and/or Merchandising

* An understanding of and interest in current fashion trends and industry

* Willingness to learn about and participate in other areas of the ecommerce business

* Computer proficiency MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word

* Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment

* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

* Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines

* Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group) decisions in a timely manner

* Excellent attention to detail

***This job is currently based in NYC, but will shift to our campus in Nutley, NJ in August 2019.
