The Home Manager is looking for a passionate and caring Deputy Home Manager to join their friendly team.

The home specialises in Nursing, End of Life and Dementia care. The company are an award-winning healthcare provider with homes across the London and Kent areas. You will be part of company that values staff well being and provides future opportunities to develop your career.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Manager (RGN) to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes based in Bromley. As the Deputy Manager you will be involved in assisting the manager in the running of the home as well as keeping your clinical skills up to date providing nursing hands on care. You will be working alongside a support team to get the home drive growth and occupancy of the home.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered General Nurse. All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Applicants must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is preferred for this position however experienced nurses with leadership skills will be considered for this role.
