Learning and Development - Organisational Development Officer

Location: Leek Wootton
Salary: £33,771 - £38,700
Job type: Permanent, Full Time

Warwickshire Police are currently seeking a Organisational Development Officer based at Leek Wootton.

The main purpose of the role is To translate the learning and leadership development strategy into a prioritised operational project plan managing projects from initial concept to implementation, so they deliver the required outputs within budgetary and time constraints, and thereby achieve the outcomes and benefits required.

To carry out demand analysis diagnostics and develop an evidenced based training plan aligned to operational policing requirements

To apply project management discipline and processes, including responsibility for project stakeholder engagement.

Provide coaching, guidance and advice to the leaders and their teams to support organisational change readiness for those impacted by change initiatives.

Develop and deliver behavioural workshops using psychometric tools to embed the required organisational behaviours
