I am currently recruiting on behalf of a professional company based in North Cambridge, who are seeking a personable and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join their fun and vibrant team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick start their career within customer service and build on their administrative skills. Due to the location of the company, it is beneficial that you have your own transport.

Key responsibilities;

* Assist customers with general enquiries or complaints via the telephone

* Maintaining and updating the internal CRM system

* Screen and respond to a high level of incoming emails

* Data input

* General administrative duties

Personal specification;

* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

* Ideally you will be confident with the ability to work as part of a team

* Must be energetic, positive and have a "can do" attitude

* Strong IT skills
