Mpeople Accountancy & Finance is currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator needed for a small business based in Droylsden. Working in a small finance team, you will be assisting in and purchase ledger duties and reporting to the accountant.

Full time - Permanent

Salary – £9 per hour

Location – Droylsden

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Purchase Ledger:

* Matching and processing invoices using Sage

* Checking costing on invoices against agreed supplier prices

* Supplier statement reconciliations

* CIS return

* Preparing payment runs

* Dealing with supplier queries

* Maintaining spreadsheets

* Ad hoc tasks

Person Specification:

* Experience using Sage beneficial

* Good MS Excel skills

* Experience in a purchase ledger role

* Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate effectively with managers, customers, members of staff and suppliers

Salary + Package

* Up to £9 per hour

* Onsite parking/street parking

* Small and friendly team
