Concept are currently recruiting for an 2nd line Support Engineer in Reading

You will be working for a large IT Services organisation, providing deskside & service desk based support. The role will be initially on a 12 month fixed term contract

Responsibilities and ideal experience of the role -

Providing service desk and floor walking support to various external and internal customers
Help answer all trouble calls/emails and enters work orders in the help desk tracking system.
Support corporate applications; user desktops, remote and traveling users, e-mail, and system access.
Assist end users, IT. staff, and vendors with resolution of Hardware and Software problems.
Set up computers for new users and ensures delivery of equipment to users in different locations if necessary
Communicate with internal clients in a timely and professional manner maintaining.
Working on Windows (7 and 10)/ Office (2003/2010/2016)/ desktop/ printer/ phone hardware based tickets.
Having knowledge of supporting Active Directory, Office365 and Mac environments would be beneficial

Further role details -

Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 based (37.5 hours pw)
Fixed site in Reading
