Description

A leading educational charity is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be providing comprehensive support to the team to ensure that sales, marketing and school recruitment run smoothly and efficiently. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Managing a variety of sales campaigns including planning any information presentations and webinars
Monitoring and reporting on recruitment progress through customer relationship management (Salesforce)
Arranging meetings and hosting presentation sessions both virtually and face-to-face with prospective customers
Liaising closely with the school support and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and customer experience once a new school has on-boarded to the programmes
Dealing with prospective leads and sales queries from schools
Leading and contributing to cross team projects relevant to ensuring an optimum experience for schools joining the programme and renewing their partnership agreement
Working closely with the Business Operations team to ensure that the IT systems and platforms support the school processes effectively
Working closely with the Head of Communications on the school communications plan and ongoing requirements
Gathering relevant feedback from schools to inform both process and business wide improvements
Continuously improving the experience of partner schools going through the application, on-boarding and renewal processes
Working with the partnerships team and the product analysts on relevant booking system requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

Preferably qualified to degree level
Experience of selling to schools and multi-academy trust leaders
Experience of devising and implementing customer focused solutions
Understanding of project management disciplines and governance
Ability to use and analyse data to drive performance
Leadership capability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
Confident interpersonal skills
Experience of using customer relationship management software (Salesforce)
Good IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based systems
