Stafffinders are currently recruiting on behalf of one of Scotland's finest venues, to secure highly talented Chef de partie's to join the resort with roles available depending on experience across 3 kitchen's.

The Venue

Situated in the heart of Scotland, this wonderful hotel provides guests with a serene atmosphere and customer focused impeccable service. Set in tranquil surroundings, this magnificent countryside estate truly does offer something for everyone. Whether you are staying in the hotel's luxury accommodation or bespoke suites. Making use of one of the 3 championship golf courses or attending the spa.

The Job

Resposable for running a designated section of the kitchen as directed by your head chef to the required level.

As a multi outlet venue, you will be working in large teams of eager staff looking to impress and progress.

The venue holds a number of accolades and is always pushing for more whether as a team or supporting individuals to achieve these.

5 days from 7 working week of 45 hours per week. Over 45 hours will be paid at overtime rate as per standard terms of employment contract.

The Benefits

The salary for the chef de partie roles are between £18,000-£22,000 as well as an equal share of tips. Meals will be provided while on duty.

You will also be joining the team at an extremely exciting time, With a number of exciting new plans over the next year to 18 months.

Live in accomodation is also provided at a charge of £7.07 per day.
