Melbreck Technical are currently working with a well-established firm who specialise in Commercial Catering and Commercial Laundry equipment UK wide. They provide a range of services to their clients from equipment sales and hire to ongoing service and repair support.

They have a current requirement for a Midlands based Gas Service Engineer. The role will involve:

* Carrying out annual services on commercial catering and laundry equipment

* Undertaking Gas Safety checks and issuing certificates

* Liaising with the field service engineers in the event of a breakdown

An engineer with existing commercial gas tickets and experience of commercial catering and laundry equipment would be ideal. However, for the right candidate our client will consider somebody from more of a domestic gas background who is interested in moving more towards the commercial side of things.

Skills Required

* Gas Safe Engineer (essential)

* Experience servicing gas appliances (essential)

* Commercial gas qualified (desirable)

* Experience of Commercial Catering and Commercial Laundry equipment (desirable)

Hours & Package

40 hour week, Mon – Fri. Overtime available.

* Basic salary £25,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)
