My client, a leading company in the Education sector based nationally are currently recruiting for Area Managers on a permanent contract. The salary is £27,000 with an increase after completing probation plus a discretionary bonus annually.

An ideal candidate will come from the Education sector within either teaching, tutoring or within administration or secretarial.

The role will involve -

Working closely with Tutors within your postcode area; supporting thento fully succeed in their business
Through regular visits, individual meetings, and various other means of communication, you will provide hands-on and practical support to the franchisee including mentoring, coaching and training them to a high standard
You will also review and provide support and guidance in the assessment of performance by providing suggestions and advice on how Tutors can manage their centres more productively, whilst resolving any problem areas, assessing market conditions and creating initiatives and strategies to build brand awareness

You will drive and have your own transport in order to travel between approx 25 sites on a regular basis and work between the hours of 9am till 5pm.

Effectively you will be supporting tutors within the company to build their businesses and ensure they are running profitability whilst delivering a high end service to their students.
