UK Parking Control have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join their growing team based in Wooburn Green, Buckinghamshire.

Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Wooburn Green, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 depending on experience

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm (hour for lunch)

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for looking after between 2 – 10 important clients at UKPC. You must be able to demonstrate extensive experience in both building new relationships and really nurturing and growing existing relationships to ensure excellent client satisfaction.

This role requires complete ownership of the client relationship and to be successful you must be truly integrated in the company and be working to exceed client expectations at all times.

Account Manager – Key Responsibilities:

- Client relationship management – building and maintaining strong relationships with all key clients at both at a senior and operational level to gain understanding of their business goals/objectives/expectations

- Full preparation prior to site visits including reporting packs and current site status

- New business development – support the sales team with and new business opportunities

- Regular client, tenant and site visits (2-3 times per week)

- Focal point for all communication with clients

- Ability to identify opportunities for growth

- Become first point of contact with client

- Become first point of contact with all tenants on site

- Follow up on all matters raised to ensure resolution and non-reoccurrence

- Resolution of all client issues either by email, telephone or in person

- Develop and deliver client reporting where necessary

- Creation of new sites on inhouse systems

- Prove an excellent level of support to the Sales team

- Advise clients on industry regulations

Account Manager – You:

- Balancing client requirements within regulatory guidelines

- Building relationships with all company departments

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years previous experience within an Account Management role

- Experience of organising and attending face to face meetings with high level clients – must be able to demonstrate

- Literate and numerate, and great commercial acumen

- Ability to demonstrate examples of self-learning

- Experience of working within a fast-paced environment with a desire to exceed expectations

- Creative and strategic thinker – ability to plan well and proactively come up with new ideas

- Excellent client relationship and management skills with the ability to establish multi-level relationships with all members of the client/tenant relationship

- To work as part of a team and manage change whilst adopting a positive attitude if faced with challenging situations

- Well organised and excellent attention to detail

- Competent in all Microsoft office applications

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests or written requests

- Thorough and persistent approach to work

- Pro-active and capable of working on own initiative

- Full driving licence required, use of pool car
