Contract / Service Coordinator required. Our client is a leading mechanical and electrical services contractor based in the Middlesex area. They are looking for a contract / service coordinator to come in and be the first point of call with clients phoning in, to accept their order works and enter these into their systems. You will be tasked with reviewing jobs received and allocating these to the engineers.

The candidate wil ideally be located near to the Enfield area and will be office based. The candidate will have 1 years previous customer service experience and the ability to plan and priortise work loads.

This will be a 12 month fixed term contract.

Contract Coordinator Position Overview

The Contract / Service Coordinator will be checking engineer’s paperwork/PDA’s to ensure details match those reported and that the documentation is correct and accurate. You will be providing admin support to electrical contracts managers when requested.

* 1 year’s customer service experience

* IT Skills

* Good Written and Spoken communication skills

* Meet targets and deadlines

Contract Coordinator Position Remuneration

* £19,000 - £20,500

* 21 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (increases by 1 day every 2 years)
