An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to support with the leading of a Residential home for Children and Young People with Emotional Behavioural needs.

You will be working for an organisation that provides specialist therapeutic environments and support to young people who display Emotional Behavioural needs.

As Team Leader your duties will include assisting the Deputy Manager with the smooth running of the home, you will be responsible for a leading shifts, leading activity programmes for the Young People, completing risk assessments, managing placement plans and completing supervisions.

You will be a confident and resilient individual with the ability to work under pressure and have the ability to prioritise your workload.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People and have at least 2 years experience as a Residential Support Worker or Team Leader supporting Children and Young People. A full UK driving license with access to your own car is essential.

This is a full time position with a salary of £21,629-£22,730 plus excellent development opportunities and exciting benefits.
