Advinia Healthcare are a private healthcare provider and we currently have 37 Nursing and Residential homes across the UK.
Parklands Court is in Bloxwich comprises of 6 individual buildings, each offering a high standard of care and accommodation. This role will be based on the General Nursing Unit.
The day shift is a long day-08:00-20:00
Your role as a Senior Care Assistant will include:
-Being a key worker/Manager to the Care staff on shift
- Providing a positive work environment
-Leading by example to your Care team and supporting their supervision/appraisal and career development.
-Liaising with other health professionals and relatives to achieve the best outcome for each resident
-Maintaining a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors according to Health and Safety and CQC requirements.

A Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required.
