Description

Brook Street Edinburgh is proud to be working on behalf of the UK`s leading wealth management firm who has been voted the `Best Financial Adviser` at the 2018/19 Personal Finance Awards. This is the ninth successive year they have received this recognition for providing clear advice and high standards of service.

Our client is a FTSE 100 Financial Services organisation offering a range of wealth management services via a wide network of financial advisers. This network is made up of all types of Partner businesses. The business has grown consistently since they began trading in 1992, to become a leading wealth management business today.

As a business they seek to protect and grow the wealth of clients through trusted advice and a unique investment approach. This is underpinned by continued investment in products and services, people and technology, as well as a strong service delivery ethos for both advisers and clients.

We are currently recruiting for our client`s award winning Academy where on successful completion you will be a fully qualified Financial Advisor.

Our client operates a rigorous selection process for gaining entry to their Academy programme. Starting your own business is not for the faint hearted or uncommitted. You must be self-motivated and totally dedicated to gaining the knowledge, skills and expertise required to deliver a world class wealth management service to your clients. You will be supported in this respect, however our client must be reassured that this is the right course of action for you. This opportunity is only for the committed few and the selection process is specifically designed to identify these individuals.

Applicants must be approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and all applications are subject to stringent checks. Upon receipt of the offer of a place in the Academy, the successful applicant will be required to take and pass the `RO1` exam of the Chartered Insurance Institute, entitled `Financial services, regulation & ethics`. Passing this exam confirms that you have a good understanding of the environment in which you will be trading prior to the commencement of your training.

You must also be able to demonstrate a successful track record in your existing career or business and an entrepreneurial and self-motivated nature. In addition, to be able to demonstrate an existing network and relationships with a range of professional and business contacts will be very helpful.

Our client has had great success with their Academy graduates throughout the years and now has several graduates making six figure sums per annum.
