Studio are one of the largest direct mail order businesses in the UK. We offer a personal shopping service to 1.5 million customers each year online via our Studio and Ace websites and our well-loved catalogue.

We are based in Accrington with great motorway links across the North West of England.

Our Customers deserve an outstanding Customer experience, and we are constantly improving the ways they can communicate with us. Our Customer Services Advisors proactively respond to Customer queries and complaints via chat, e-mails and social media, doing their best to ensure the best outcome – and happy customers.

Our Customer Service teams consistently look to drive excellence, improving levels of service and promoting the Studio brand through genuine passion and drive to do a great job and delight our Customers.

Who are we looking for?

We would love to hear from enthusiastic, confident Customer Service Advisors with experience of working in a busy Contact Centre or Retail environment.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate how you’re #inclusive #savvy #amazing and #trusted and how customers are at the heart of everything you do.

We need flexible people who can work 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and 9am – 5pm Saturday and Sunday (36.5 hours per week on a rota basis)

Our environment is exciting and constantly evolving so we want to hear from Customer Service Advisors who are keen to help us be the best digital retailer we can be.
