A unique opportunity to work as a Building Surveyor on some of the country's most prestigious rural properties with a successful firm who are expanding due to rapid growth.

We are currently looking for a Building Surveyor to fill a permanent opening with a company located within a modern office in Perth. Interested candidates must have a range of surveying experience from project to professional and at least 3 years postgraduate experience.

Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor:

Contract Administration
Project Management
Undertaking building surveys.
Monitoring the deterioration or defects of a property and offering advice on repair work.
Dilapidation Liability Assessment ReportsRequirements of the Building Surveyor:

MRICS or Working towards
At least 3 years postgraduate experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Driving License as UK coverage between estates and properties will be required.
On offer for the Building Surveyor:

The salary for this unique position ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
Discretionary Bonus (Typically around 5-10% of salary)
