HR Administrator
3 Month Contract
£9.20 per hour


* Support recruitment activities within the team, to include:
Saving and logging of all CV's received and maintaining appropriate candidate and new starter trackers and highlighting and escalating any gaps to the HR Administrator
* Arranging of interviews and booking of meeting rooms, in conjunction with the HR Administrator
* Assisting with the preparation of new starter packs, including contracts of employment and offer letters
* Collate all new employee paperwork and create personnel file, ensuring that all new starter paperwork is fully completed, scanned and filed in a timely manner
* Work with the HR Administrator to ensure that all new starters complete our company induction
* Support the HR Administrator with administration of temporary workers timesheets and invoices

* Ensure HR systems and files are updated in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with legislation and Company best practice
* Save and file all 1:2:1 documents and file notes that are provided by line managers
* Ensure all new starter paperwork is scanned onto employee file and that
* Raise Purchase Orders for all goods / services received within HR
* Manage and support, as directed by the HR Administrator, the following programmes / initiatives within the UK:
-Bowood golf bookings
-Bowood House & Gardens bookings
-Liaising with our massage provider, organising schedules and room bookings etc
-Collection and distribution to all teams of our fruit deliveries
-Organising, where necessary, presentations to employees regarding benefits, e.g. gym memberships, private health, pensions etc
-Holman University Library - ordering of books, when requested
-Order flowers for employees, where required
-Organise and administer clothing stocks - Polo Shirts and Jackets
-Manage employee Long Service Awards, including issuing letters monthly, requesting payment from Finance and arranging annual dinner and certificate presentations
*General filing and administration duties to include, but not limited to, ad-hoc reference requests, mortgage references, confirmation of employment, probation reminders etc

* Support the HR Administrator to ensure all HR records are compliant with GDPR and HR Data Retention policy
* Support the HR Administrator in updating relevant HR documents
* Ensure training records for First Aiders are maintained and up to date, booking annual refresher and re-certification training sessions, where required
