Section Engineer - Large Infrastructure Project - Permanent Role - 4 Years Work

I am currently recruiting for a Section Engineer to join a regional specialist contractor as they deliver a large infrastructure project made up of several smaller projects in the area.

Responsibilites

* As the Section Engineer, you will be required to assist with the collation and the preparation of technical documents, relating to issued drawing and specification.

* Working with the project department to deliver projects safely and ontime, against the budget and to an agreed level of quality.

* Onsite co-ordination of setting out and survey reports.

* Identity and highlight any project variation, record and report to the project Manager and Commercial team.

* Author of RAMS and assist with calculations.

* Provide assistance to the port and logistics team.

* Provide onsite engineering and setting out and reporting all relevant engineering details to the Project Engineer.

* Demonstrate effective leadership skills, be able to motivate and supervise effectively whilst maintaining a team-building ethos.

4.1 CSCS

4.2 SMSTS

4.3 Civil Engineering Qualification

4.4 GPS setting out and survey experience (Topcon an advantage)

4.5 Machine Control Input and advantage

4.6 Good computer skills

4.7 Abilities to write RAMS

4.8 Proven track record in Civils and Construction

4.9 Marine experience an advantage
