Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

This is an exciting opportunity for a bright and commercially minded person, experienced in ecommerce to join an inspirational fast paced fashion brand. This is a pivotal role where you will be expected to seek opportunities to drive sales for the Missguided brand; across desktop, mobile and tablet.

Reporting to the Head of International trade, the international trading executive will represent named international territories and be responsible for driving business, product sales & margin performance. They will be required to plan and execute day to day localised trading activity and deliver and report on commercial targets.

Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

* Work closely with the Trade Manager to define, develop and implement the trade strategy for international territories in line with business goals.

* You will be responsible for the presentation, categorisation, visual merchandising and promotion of all products within your territory to increase sales and market share.

* Enhance the visual merchandising and search experience for the international customer (Using Fredhopper – you will be fully trained).

* Assist in meeting set KPI’s (conversion and AOV) plus weekly sales and profit targets within agreed budget levels.

* Support in procuring and presenting local customer insight.

* Communicating relevant performance insights, analysis and information on the territories.

* To work closely and effectively with other departments.

* To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the company.

Specific Responsibilities

* Plan on site content, working closely with creative & marketing teams

* Generate ideas and product research for trade promotions and help drive new / existing customers.

* Approve product selections & messaging for onsite activities.

* Successfully executing the launch of product and collections across all channels.

* Develop reports using Google Analytics to generate actionable customer behaviour insights.

* Drive ideas for specific onsite A/B testing strategies to improve product & site conversion.

* Monitor competitor and market trends.

Personal Specification:

* The successful candidate must have previous Online Trading or Online Marketing experience within a retail or eCommerce industry

* Works using own initiative

* Self-motivated and ambitious

* Clear communicator

* Strong planning skills

* Approachable

* Creative

* Keen attention to detail

* Commercial acumen with strong numeracy skills

* Highly organised with the ability to adapt quickly to strategic change

* Ability to identify areas of change, recommend future actions and help manage implementation.

* A positive, ‘can do’ approach, one that wants to test new things and seeks continual improvement

* High levels of energy and enthusiasm, but able to remain calm and focused in a pressurised situation

* Google Analytics knowledge or some experience in data analysis.
