Are you looking for a Customer Service role with an immediate start?

Do you have Customer Service Admin experience?

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a reputable company in North Bristol. This is a Temp to Perm position.

Hours: Monday to Friday- 37.5 hours a week.

The role will be a customer focused role, and will include a variety of different jobs on a daily basis.

The role will include:

• Good communication skills, liaising between organisations and customers

• Answering queries via telephone and emails

• Effective diary management

• Use of in house database

• Prioritising workloads

The individual:

• Enthusiastic approach

• Adaptable and flexible

• Good attention to detail
