Salary: £22,000 - £28,000

Do you hold an RTPI or equivalent qualification?

Do you have at least 3 months of planning experience in either a private consultancy or public authority?

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a market-leading Property Developer, who is looking for a talented Assistant Planner to join their award-winning team of planning experts. They are renowned across the country for creating beautiful and innovative designs in some of the most exclusive areas in the UK, whilst also providing excellent advice to their clients.

The role will involve duties such as:

* Working frequently in a client facing capacity.

* Liaising and negotiating with planning officers, architects, consultants, third parties.

* Responsibility for preparing planning appraisals for each new potential acquisition.

* Undertaking research and analysis in preparing due diligence for potential acquisition sites including but not limited to planning policy and planning history including on neighbouring sites.

* Investing in the development of a range of sites and projects and assessing sites for development suitability.
