Harvey Nash are exclusively working with a leading financial services organisation in Newcastle who are looking to expand their IT teams at the start of a large transformation.

The IT Service Control Analysts role is to facilitate and drive the change, problem, release and risk management processes within the organisation. This role is an excellent opportunity to upskill on the above areas if you are experienced in just one of them.

The keys skills are responsibilities are:

Ensuring efficient processes in change, problem, release and risk management are followed
Process planning and definition
Stakeholder and relationship management skills
Experience in or an awareness of ITIL
Excellent attention to detailAdvantageous skills would be:

Experience of working in a devops model / environmentsThe role is paying up to £36,500 plus excellent benefits.
