I am currently looking for an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to run a 50-bed first-class Nursing Home located in the centre of the city.

Reporting to the Regional Director, the Registered Care Home Manager will have overall responsibility for the delivery of high-quality nursing and care for our residents. As the Care Home Manager, you will monitor and manage the performance of all staff; ensuring company and compliance standards are maintained and exceeded. You will also be responsible for marketing the home within the local community, maximising occupancy, managing budgets, payroll and rotas.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in a medium/ large care home setting previously and that has previously dealt with frail elderly and dementia service users. Ideally the candidate will to be collaborative with senior management, have team ethos, developing and empowering staff, self-motivated and have commercial knowledge.

Interview Process

Stage one – Telephone Interview with the Regional Director

Stage two – Face to face interview

Requirements- (Essential)

* 2/3-year minimum home management experience

* Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting.

* Experience in budget control, reducing agency, increasing occupancy and private fees

* RGN, nursing qualification.

* Previous registered with the CQC

* Someone who has a passion for delivering first class quality care
