This successful expanding Financial Services Group in Worthing need 3 x Change Business Analysts to join the team to help delivery of new client projects and programmes. Great opportunity for both experienced and newer BAs to join a team that helps with training, skills development, and career goals plus get to work on a variety of financial services workstreams and expand your skills and knowledge.

Skills Summary:

* Undertake detailed analysis of requirements from an outline spec

* Liaise with clients to define requirements and related processes using company utilities and techniques

* Work with client and/or business to understand their detailed requirements.

* Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for sign-off prior to converting these to a functional specification and technical specification for handover to IT, Operations and the Business

* Support the lifecycle of requirements

* Undertake analysis on new projects and/or enhancements to existing projects

* Analyse changes and enhancements to existing or new services to clients to identify and quantify the benefits

* ISEB or other BA Certification or qualification highly advantageous

* Any Financial Services experience in Insurance, Banking, Pensions, Mortgages, Investment very advantageous
