Our client is an international company looking for a PA to the Directors. This role will work closely with assigned Senior Leaders to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. You will help your assigned Senior Leader to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.

Role Responsibilities.

The role will be responsible for;

• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.

• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation for the division and, occasionally, travelling with the Senior Leader to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.

• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.

• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.

• Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments.

• Dealing with incoming email, post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.

• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.

• Carrying out background research and presenting findings where required.

• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.

• Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.

• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

• Managing various weekly and monthly projects and collation of data from leaders

• Arrange, manage and support various events and exhibitions.

Role Requirements

Experience and Knowledge:

• 2 Years previous experience working within a similar role is desirable.

• GCSE English and mathematics (or equivalent).

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Exceptional written and communication skills;

• Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages;

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;

• Good organisational and time management skills;

• the ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely;

• Excellent interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work on your own initiative while being honest and reliable.

• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.

• Flexibility and adaptability to manage a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
