Our client , a Nationally acclaimed Sub Contractor are looking for a Quantity Surveyor based in their Manchester office.

Working alongside the Directors you will be a vital part of the team and be given every opportunity to grow with the company.

An attractive salary between £50,000 and £60,000 is on offer dependant on experience and suitability with potential package in addition to this.

High End , High Quality ,and Large Scale works ensures that the work is varied, challenging and interesting. Residential , Commercial and Industrial .

Works often include building envelopes , rainscreen , cladding , roofing , refurbishment and some small new build and extensions .

You must have a minumum of 3 - 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying and live within a commutable distance .

This is a full time and permanent role based in their Manchester office
