Job Purpose: Trainee Sales Specialist
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Hours: 08:00am – 17:00pm includes 1-hour lunch break

This role offers the opportunity to work in an audio-visual sales environment and would be ideal for a candidate who is highly self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and willing to learn.

The role requires a commitment to learning about the latest technology being used on a day to day basis in the AV industry.

The role will include travel and on occasion work outside of normal hours at times.

This opportunity has a progress path to becoming:

AV Sales Specialist who will be responsible for managing the complete sales life cycle of all project opportunities. To focus on developing new business and managing any existing clients, add to and upgrade new or existing AV Installations.

In the role you will deal with company directors, project managers and facility managers and sell the full range of services that the company offers – ranging from small one-off projects to a full estate fit out. You will need to be able to build client relationships and ensure that they know you are their first port of call for any further fit out/upgrade opportunities.

Skills & Abilities:

Demonstrates logical approach to problem solving and technical scenarios

Good interpersonal skills liaise with colleagues and customers.

Travel long distances


Previous Audio visual / electrical experience (Beneficial but not essential)

Full UK driving licence

Advanced computer skills
