Project Planner

Central London | up to £75,000

An established developer with offices in Central London as well as across the UK are urgently looking for a Project Planner to come on board and work on residential projects across London with values of up to £80m.

Working under the Head of Planning, you will be able to work autonomously on major residential schemes - the developer has so many projects in the pipeline they need someone to urgently come on board and take the pressure off of their competent and close-knit Planning team!

You will be the perfect fit if you have experience with Asta and you have worked on residential projects with values of £10m+ for a developer.

Requirements for this Project Planner position:

You must be degree qualified in a relevant field

You should have previous experience as an Project Planner on residential schemes
Experience as a Project Planner on projects of £10m+
You must have Asta experience
You must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Remuneration for this Project Planner position:

Up to £75,000 salary
Car allowance
