The Company

Our client is a long-standing company based in the North East providing innovative technology to a range of industry sectors in over 15 countries worldwide.


The salary is in the region of £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

The company are looking for a Quality Manager to report to the General Manager. You will have responsibility for 4 direct reports including a Quality Engineer and a Health and Safety Officer.

You will ensure continuous improvement of all processes across the company and have key responsibility for developing and implementing the QMS.

The focus areas of the role will include:

Management of QA Systems
Product Quality
Continuous Improvement
Reduce scrap and customer returns
HSE responsibility

Skills and Experience

Degree or equivalent in an Engineering/Manufacturing discipline
Experience in a similar role within manufacturing
Hands-on experience of QMS and Quality techniques and/or methodologies
