Job Title: Operation Manager

Location: L36 Liverpool – with remote site visits weekly

Hours: 2* 30 hour positions on a set 2 week Rota- the need to be flexible to cover other shifts holidays is essential

Week 1- Monday –Friday 8am-2.30pm

Week 2- Tuesday-Friday 2pm-8.30pm & Saturday 3.30pm- 10pm

Role and Responsibilities

* Personnel Management – including shift Rota management, holiday cover, sickness, development, reviews/ appraisals and disciplinary action when needed.

* Recruitment and delivering a full training plan and scheduling

* Delivering on company KPI’s

* Operational budgeting and monitoring

* Reporting for General Manager- including budgets and staff analyses

* Weekly wages

* Complaints- dealing with all aspects of complaints within the business- Customer, Driver and Staff.

* Manage efficient operations of 4 remote locations

* Completing all aspects of health and Safety in relation to operations department and remote offices

* Ensuring the company is up to date with all relevant policies and procedures in relation to the operations department. Development, implementation and reviewing on a regular occurrence

* Efficient communication with various team members

* On Call Rota- taking turns during week 2 to ensure any out of hour emergencies are dealt with efficiently

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrate an understanding of general business finance and budgeting

* Demonstrate Experience in management, operations and leadership

* Demonstrate an understanding of Employment Law

* Full Driving License and access to a vehicle- as this role will include visit to remote sites
