Description

About: You will be responsible for processing invoices, logging and approving quotes. In addition you will co-ordinate, process, develop and provide relevant information to enable the successful delivery of specific areas of the Property Management service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide an efficient, accurate customer service.
Monitor supply and service ordering and delivery, including reactive and planned preventative maintenance, updating relevant IT systems.
Verify and process supplier invoices for payment and raise invoices, monitor payments and resolve queries
Update and communicate internal records and data.
Develop and maintain systems to account for financial transactions by monitoring and implementing procedures.

Skills and Experience:

Have demonstrable experience in successfully carrying out specialist administration and financial procedures.
Have a sound knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures.
Preferably have previous experience of managing budgets and/or financial information.
Prepare financial information relating to property transaction budgets.
Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.

Salary: £19,656

Location: Ipswich

Contract: 16 Months (Fixed term contract)
