Compliance Executive

We are recruiting for a part time Compliance Executive in the Alfreton area with our well-established client.

Role of a Compliance Executive:

The part-time Compliance Exec will be monitoring recorded calls from our sales advisors, ensuring the advisors adhere to compliance regulations and data protection regulations.

·Perform call monitoring for all Operational functions to ensure that call requirements and standards are adhered to
· Monitoring staff performance
·Ensure regulatory and 3rd party monitoring requirements are adhered to
·Provide feedback and coaching, when required, to staff within the Operations function
·Ensure that relevant monitoring documentation is prepared for team managers within agreed timescales.
·Provide support, if required, with annual audit visits
·Accurately score monitoring activity against compliance, mandatory and quality standards where appropriate
·Complete relevant monitoring documentation in a clear and concise way ensuring it includes strengths, areas for development and any compliance concerns
·Report findings from monitoring activities to team managers and/or 3rd parties within agreed timescales
·Develop and manage a quarterly schedule of monitoring activity and share this with team managers
·Follow agreed processes in place to make sure all agents are treated consistently and fairly and to ensure operational losses are minimised
·To undertake other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job

Details:

·Salary: £ 12,000.00 per annum
·Part time
·Working Hours: 24 hours per week over 4 days (some flexibility with work hours/exact work pattern to be discussed)
·Location: Alfreton
·Duration: Permanent

As a Compliance Executive you will need to have:

·Must have a minimum of 1 year compliance or call monitoring experience - preferably within a contact centre
·Knowledge of GDPR and GC C8 regulations is highly desirable
·Keen eye for detail and must be able to write accurate reports to be reviewed by management
·Excellent listening skills and the ability to identify potential trends or lapses
·Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
·Experience of working within a regulated environment would be an advantage
