Executive PA

Manchester City Centre

Monday – Friday 37.5 hours a week

Hourly Rate £13.00 - £15.00 per hour PAYE

Temporary Contract with potential to progress to a perm role at circa £29,000 per annum

Working hours of 9-5 or 8:30-4:30

My client is seeking a Senior/Executive PA to join their organisation in Manchester on a 4-month contract. The position in question involves working within the Insurance department of a large retail organisation.

Suitable candidates should have;

* Exposure to a corporate environment

* Strong gatekeeping

* Support experience at Director Level, supporting more than 1 person is essentially

* Able to work with minimal instruction

Job Specification

* Expert level use of electronic communications, document management systems, expense systems, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the Executive Directors' office.

* Understands the sensitivity of high-profile relationships and ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, including during difficult or challenging circumstances.

Deliverables

* Proactively manage and filter all incoming mail/communications

* Manage complex and demanding diaries, anticipate and co-ordinate travel arrangements and facilitate the most effective use of the Executive Directors' time

* Schedule meetings on behalf of the Executive Directors with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and Committees and Groups

* Support the Executive Directors through the production of high quality documentation and provide input where required

* Flexible and adaptable, makes themselves available out of hours

* Provide oversight of administration and governance across the team/areas of accountability - eg ensuring audit actions addressed, policies adhered to, HR processes being followed.

* Forward thinking and able to plan ahead of meetings/deliverables for the Executive.
