Operations & Marketing Manager – Job Specification
About us:
Rubix Personnel are recruiting for an Operations and Marketing Manager to join the business at an exciting stage, as we near completion of a full company re-brand and are fast approaching another record-breaking year!
We are looking for a dynamic, versatile individual to work in a multi-capacity position. You will be required to create brand guidelines and work closely with the Managing Director to ensure the operations of the business are running at an industry-leading level. You will also be responsible to ensure our sales trends continue along with increasing company revenue and headcount.
About the role:
The day to day responsibilities are broad and demanding, therefore, this role will offer high upscale in terms of opportunity and progression. The position will cover/develop in to:
* Managing our marketing and online presence; leading the company re-brand, developing new strategies of brand recognition and creating innovative ideas to ensure we are widely recognised as the no.1 recruitment agency in our industry.
* Business development and Sales process management; developing new client relations, working with the sales team to drive the business forward and ensuring KPI's and sales targets are achieved.
* Proficient within a dynamic operational role; ensuring company targets are on track, company processes are adhered to and ensuring our finance and compliance department are working within Recruitment & Employment Confederation guidelines.
* Commercially; Capable of discussing company forecasts at board level ensuring company revenue targets are met and net profit goals are achieved.
About you:
Are you capable of creating solid marketing plans, managing processes in line with company objectives and developing innovative routes of developing a client and candidate portfolio?
Do you have the required business acumen to create strategic recruitment plans and forecasts?
Do you come from a strong Digital Marketing background, capable of producing and managing; SEO, PPC, Blogging and PR Content?
Are you a proven Business Developer who can cold call, email and hold sales meetings to develop new business?
Can you excel in a self-motivated environment and perform under pressure?
