Our client is the world’s largest subscription management business and is seeking a sales professional to join the team as Business Development Manager. Typically working consultatively with medium and large businesses throughout the UK this is a very exciting opportunity where you will work with a dedicated and dynamic team. Having experience working in a service sales environment would be a distinct advantage and any experience of selling to professional services or enterprise level businesses would be preferred.

Responsibilities:

* Develop new client relationships

* Be tenacious, determined and resourceful to meet and exceed sales targets

* Have the ability to source leads and qualify them over the phone

* Be able to establish clients’ needs and provide solutions

* Meet and close clients face to face

* Be credible and professional

Requirements:

* Previous experience selling to senior decision makers

* Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and face to face

* Good commercial awareness

* A demonstrable record in client management and retention

* An understanding of how competitive advantage translates to commercial benefit
