We are seeking talented leaders to join our team who enjoy operating in a target driven environment and are looking for an opportunity to make a positive difference to people's lives.

In this role you will organise, support and inspire a team of Employment Advisors as they support customers to address their barriers to employment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a target driven environment and the ability to cold call and close agreements with employers.

Key Responsibilities

* Organise support and inspire your team to acheive optimum performance

* Work to and deliver contractual targets

* Manage a team of up to 12-15 staff

* Facilitate team meetings and caseload reviews and set individual targets

* Identify and celebrate best practice

* Conduct monthly 1-2-1 meetings and carry out staff observations

Skills & Experience

* To be able to manage under performance and set performance improvement plans to support staff to acheive monthly KPI targets

* Experience of working to stringent quality and compliance standards

* Experience of delivering to an annual budget

* Experience of liaising with referral bodies and maintaining professional relationship and developing new contacts to expand the business

Hours: Full time - 37 hours per week
