You will be working for a growing organisation, this is a newly created standalone role and would suit someone who has extensive "end to end" payroll processing experience in a fast paced environment.

As the Payroll Advisor you will:
* Processes company's payroll correctly and on time
* Be able to manage multiple payroll runs (Weekly, fortnightly & monthly)
* Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
* Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
* Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles and other variations
* Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
* Provide PAYE and NI returns
* Processing of P11d’s P60s etc
* Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
* Ensuring pension regulations / legislation is adhered to
* Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
* Ensure compliance in line with the HMRC codes / regulations / SOPs
* Process accurate and timely year-end reporting
* Be able to redesign new processes and procedures in the future
The successful Payroll Advisor will have:
* Previous experience in a standalone payroll position - Essential
* Operating Payroll and providing PAYE/NI Returns - Essential
* Experience of Sage Payroll - Desirable
